Consistent results with Zurvia

This was my third time using Zurvia, this time for a new location's Facebook Review Generation. As always, the service was reliable. The Automated Review Requests work exactly as expected, just like they did for my other businesses. It's why I keep coming back.

Good value, some small kinks

I tried the 14-day free trial for the Reputation Management Dashboard and then upgraded to an annual plan for the Local SEO Optimization. The pricing was competitive, especially with the annual discount. It's definitely helped us get more reviews, and the Competitor Review Tracking is a nice touch. My only minor issue was that some of the Review Response Templates could be a bit more varied; I found myself customising them quite a bit more than I expected. But overall, it's a solid tool that delivers on its promises.

Easy to use, worked well

Got the Automated Review Requests going for my business. It was pretty simple to set up, didn't take long at all. Saw my reviews pick up, which is what I wanted. Felt good about the purchase.

Comprehensive review automation

I signed up for the Review Management Software and also opted for the Google Review Automation feature. The setup process was straightforward, though it took a bit to integrate with our existing CRM – had to use their API access, which was well-documented but still a technical task. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about setting up specific triggers for SMS Review Requests. We saw an uptick in Google reviews within two weeks, and the Negative Feedback Filtering has been useful for catching issues before they go public. The Reputation Management Dashboard gives a clear overview, and the Review Reporting Tools provide actionable insights. Overall, a solid platform for local businesses looking to improve their online presence.

Super happy with review numbers!

Just got the Customer Feedback Surveys running, and wow, the responses are great! I'm really seeing an increase in reviews on Yelp. The interface is so easy to use, I had it all set up quickly. Definitely going to keep this service. My local SEO ranking is already looking better because of it. I'm telling everyone about this!

Does Zurvia integrate with common CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot? Or is it a standalone thing I'd have to manage separately?

B Ben Robinson 2 weeks ago
I think they have API access, so in theory, you could integrate it with most CRMs if you have someone technical to set it up. I haven't done it myself though.

I believe it does integrate with some CRMs, or at least you can connect it via Zapier for simpler tasks. Might depend on which CRM you're using specifically, worth checking their docs.

Is it true that Zurvia can help with filtering out negative feedback before it goes live? How does that even work without being dodgy?

J Jeff Johnson 3 weeks ago
Yeah, they have a negative feedback filter. It basically routes unhappy customers to a private feedback form instead of directly to a public review site. So they can voice concerns, and you can address them, without it going public right away. It's not about deleting bad reviews, just managing where they go.

It's pretty smart. If someone gives a low rating in the initial request, it gives them an option to tell you why privately. It doesn't prevent negative reviews, but it gives you a chance to fix things first.

How are the review widgets for your website? Do they look professional or are they clunky and slow down the page?

N Nick Martinez 2 weeks ago
The widgets are pretty clean and customizable. They load fast enough, haven't noticed any speed issues on my site. You can pick different styles to match your branding.

They're good! Look modern and you can set them up to show your best reviews. Doesn't feel out of place on the site at all.

Thinking of trying Zurvia, but money's tight. Are there any good discounts floating around, or is the free trial the main way to save?

M Mary Nguyen 3 weeks ago
The free trial is definitely how most people start. I got 20% off by going with the annual plan instead of monthly, that's usually the biggest saving.

Sometimes they have seasonal promos, like around Black Friday or the new year. I got a small sign-up bonus when I first joined, but that was just a one-time thing.

Can you actually cancel Zurvia easily? I'm worried about getting locked into a long contract if it doesn't work out.

L Laura White 3 weeks ago
Yep, you can cancel at any time. I had to switch plans once and it was pretty straightforward, no hidden fees or anything.

My buddy cancelled after a few months because his business closed, and he said it was no problem. No long-term commitment pressure.

How long does it usually take to start seeing a noticeable difference in review numbers once you get Zurvia set up? Trying to decide if it's worth the investment.

O Olivia Lopez 1 month ago
For me, it was pretty quick, maybe a week or two to see new reviews trickle in after sending out the first batch of requests. Depends on how many customers you're reaching out to, I guess.

I think it varies, but I started seeing some results within the first month. Don't expect a huge flood overnight, but consistent improvement.

Anyone tried Zurvia versus Podium? Podium is so expensive, wondering if Zurvia offers similar features for less.

A Andrew Davis 3 weeks ago
I used Podium for a bit before switching to Zurvia. Zurvia is definitely more affordable, and for small businesses, I think it offers pretty much the same core features for review generation. Podium has some extra stuff, but for just reviews, Zurvia is solid.

M Mary Roberts 3 weeks ago
Zurvia is a good alternative to Podium if you're on a budget. It gets the job done for reviews. Podium might have a fancier dashboard or more integrations, but it comes with a much higher price tag.

Hey, wondering if anyone has experience with Zurvia for getting Google reviews. Is it actually legit or just another scam promising the moon?

S Susan Williams 1 week ago
Yeah, I've been using it for about six months for my small cafe. It's not a scam, definitely helped get more reviews. Google doesn't seem to flag them either.

O Olivia Gomez 1 week ago
It's legit. They claim to be compliant with Google and Yelp's rules, and from my experience, it seems to hold up. The reviews come in pretty naturally.
